Green Ridge Resort is a proposed development that will commercialise (initially) 71 hectares of designated rural land. Productive arable farming that will never return to rural use; a development that will destroy natural habitat for wildlife and fauna.

This development will remove land currently farmed by Cornish farmers and has potential to impact the productivity of adjacent farming land for crops and livestock.

The Duchy of Cornwall’s ‘Nansledan Philosophy and Principles‘ state “Efficient Land Use: As a diminishing resource, land must not be wasted…”. The Green Ridge Resort is an insensitive over development of natural countryside proposing a holiday park for pure commercial purposes.
